Michigan State University’s Institute for Public Policy and Social Research focused its second 2018 Public Policy Forum on the state’s broadband challenges – connecting citizens to the world of jobs, lifelong learning and consumer information.
Four panelists from MSU and commercial networks across Michigan discussed strategies for closing the access gap and showcase the paths to more fiber optic connections and affordable digital access.
Scheduled panelists were:
