The Legislative Leadership Program (LLP) is Co-directed by Ms. Beth
Moore of MSU Extension and Dr. Richard Hula of IPPSR and made possible
by funds from W.K. Kellogg Foundation. LLP made the headline in
the State News on May 28th, 1997 for its focus on helping freshman
legislators by conducting a 3-day seminar to discuss prominent issues
with experts in various fields.
